Custom printed lapel pins offer full-color logo duplication and are cost-effective.
Custom printed pins offer an exact duplication of your logo, without any simplification. The colors extend to the edges, eliminating the need for metal trim to separate them. To preserve the colors and prevent fading or cracking, we recommend applying an epoxy coating. However, it's optional.
When it comes to pricing, printed pins are more cost-effective than enamel pins and faster to produce than any other type of custom lapel pin.
For printing options, we offer both silkscreen and offset prints for lapel pins. The materials range from bronze to stainless iron and aluminum, with the option of electroplating for an extra shine. This variety ensures we can cater to different budgets.
Two Printing Types For Custom Printed Pin
- Silkscreen Printed Lapel Pin::The colors for silkscreen printed lapel pins are PMS code matching. Silkscreen print method is applied to the printed pins with solid colors.
- Offset Printed Lapel Pin::Offset printing allows many colors, gradient and even photographic details. Our state-of-the-art machines contribute to print vibrant and full-color magazine-quality lapel pin. When there are lots of solid colors, it can be made either with silkscreen print or offset print method, but offset print costs less.

- Bronze material: it is for high-end printed pins, offering a range of electro-plating options like gold, nickel, copper, and antique finishes, adding an extra touch of elegance to any pin.
